Not 1: The conference attendance is limited as 2 oral presentation or 2 posters or 1 oral presentation and 1 poster.
Not 2: For non-participants: Per person per night all-inclusive fee of the hotel is ₺3500 for adults, ₺1750 for children age of 6-12 and free for children age of 0-6. If you attend with an accompanier person, please contact nem@klu.edu.tr
Not 3: All students should have their Student ID card. Otherwise, they are going to charge as an academician registration fee.
Not 4: Please check names and account info carefully when you transfer the fees through IBAN. If there is an incorrect info (even a letter in a name), the Bank holds money and does not transfer it to our account.
